Do clean up area and filter motor use instrument air supply, clean up pipe chiller for 363 FN1-FN2, 423 FN1 and 443 FN1 use instrument air supply. Measure vibration-noise and temperature for free side and load side, add greasing 10 times and 20 times if found vibration > 4 mm/s noise > 2 gE ( AGUS )
