PMR service critical motor and LSR. Clean up area and filter motor, measure vibration-noise and temperature free and load side motor. Add grease from 5 times to 10 time for free and load side if found vibration > 4 mm/s also noise > 2 gE ( PENY & ADI & EVE RIZKY )
