Clean area motor and filter motor from dirty of dust use instrument air supply and rag. Measure vibration-noise of FS and LS add grease motor for 20 times and 25 times of FS and LS. Check at ER3 and ER4 for RPM-KW-Ampere-V input-I total put at check sheet. Clean up filter motor 363 FA2 from dirty of dust use instrument air supply note filter motor at east side one side bad condition need replace new filter motor ( EDI & ADI )
